Submission instructions
The URL is submitted trough the designated form that the URL person receives via email.
URL person
The URL person is appointed by BRM to provide the URL.
URL briefing
The URL is submitted via the briefing form that the URL person receives trough an automated email.
Submission deadline
The deadline for submitting the landing page URL is one week before the initial campaign start date.
NL/BE split
If there is a split between Dutch and Belgian URLs, the URL person receives a briefing with two input fields for submitting the URLs.
Disclaimers
- If the URL does not work properly and the campaign cannot go live or needs to be paused, it will impact the progress of the campaign. This affects the delivery and consequently the performance.
- BRM does not check URLs during the campaign. The URL person is responsible for monitoring the URL throughout the entire duration according to the specified requirements described below.
URL change
If a URL change needs to occur during a campaign, it should be coordinated with the project manager at least one week before the change. The deadline for submitting the new URL is one week before the URL change takes place.
